Fitness Junkies Saturday Boot Camp

Fitness Junkies Saturday Boot Camp is your weekend solution to fat loss. Research shows, you typically consume more calories on your 2 weekend days (Saturday & Sunday) than total calories consumed during your 5 weekdays (Monday through Friday)! With the fact that you are significantly less active on the weekends, this drastically slows down the pace in which you achieve body fat reduction! Burn 600 to 1200 calories in a single FJ work out and get your weekend started off right!


Fitness Junkies Early Bird Boot Camp

Fitness Junkies "Early Bird" Boot Camp is now here with classes starting as early as 5am in the Humble, Atascosita, and Kingwood area! An early morning work out is the most effective way to remain consistent in reaching your fitness goals!

Why? Your metabolism won’t boost itself. You roll out of bed, throw on some clothes and stumble out the door on your way to another busy day. Are you even awake yet? Your metabolism certainly isn’t.

Not only does morning exercise help you burn calories during the workout, but its effects linger after you’re finished. It’s called EPOC – excess post-exercise oxygen consumption – and it’s a fancy way of saying you burn extra calories even after your workout’s over.

Working out in the morning helps you hit the sack at night. A study showed that overweight or obese women who began a regular morning exercise routine slept better than those who exercised regularly in the evening.

*Fitness Junkies Mobile Boot Camp is for those of you who want the boot camp experience to come you! That's right! One of our certified instructors will come and train you on site! Whether you're at work on your lunch break, or at home and you want a great work out without having to commute to one of our boot camp locations, we will come to you with everything we need to create the same intense personalized work out experience. We have a 4 participant minimum requirement for us to bring our boot camp to you, so feel free to get your co-workers, friends, or family involved!
